THE CORPORATION OF

BYLAW NO. 2684

A Bylaw to provide. for the exemption from taxation for the
calendar year 1993 of certain real property held by the
Kinamen Club of Port Coquitlam for recreational purposes.

WHEREAS the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam lease certain property owned by

the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and use that property for
recreational purpcses;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for

the calendar year 1993;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That parcel of real property, together with the improvements altuated
thereon, known as “That part of Lot 91, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan
52852, New Westminster District ghown on Explanatory Pian 65840", is.
hereby declared to be exempt from taxation for the calendar year 1993 to
the extent provided in Section 400 of the Municipal Act. .

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Kinsmen Community
Building Leased Property Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1992, No. 2684".
