At the Planning and Development Committee meeting of July 16, 1991, the
attached letter and subdivision layout from the applicants were received.

The Planning and Development Committee passed the following recommendations:

L. That the letter of July 15, 1991 from Mr. Ronald Beesley and the attached
subdivision layout be referred to Council for consideration; and

That the Director of Planning adview Mr. Beesley that all proposed lots
must be provided with lane acceas.
