That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 63 District Lot 290 and 342 Group One, Plan 18044 New Westminster District; is hereby rezoned from RS-l1 (Large Lot Residential) to RI-1l (Two Family Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2483". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 22nd day of January, 1990.
