PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND DISCUSSION: The applicant is in the process of building a single family house. A mistake was made in the placing of the foundation resulting in a side yard of just 1.3m at one rear corner of the building. The minimum side yard under the provisions of the RS~l zone should be 1.5m.
