SUBJECT: Consolidation of City Hall Site

Recommendation:

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign .the
attached reference plan for consolidation of the City Hal |
site.

Background and Comments:

The City can save approximately $6,000 in B.C. Hydro fees
for gas main relocation by consolidating the recreation
building with the City Hall site. The consolidation into one
lot will allow B.C. Hydro to serve the recreation site Through

the City Hall lot without upgrading the main.
