SCHEDULE "2"
| SPECIFICATIONS |
| The Works shall Conform ta the following
specifications;
| 1. there shall be a minimum Clearance of 3.7 metres
; é in height between the travellad portion of the _
| dyke and the Works provided that reasonable
— Supporting structures shall not be a violation of
! this provision; |
2. supporting structures for the Works shall: |
(a) be located at least five metres from the .
centre line of the dyke; |
(>) on the dyke be limited to one on the .
northerly side of the dyke and two on the
Southerly side of the dyke but no supporting .
Structure shall exist on the travelled
/ . portion of the dyke
| (c} not unduly interfere with normal maintenance :
of the dyka;
3. there shall be no excavating located closer than
four metras from the centre line of the dyke which !
is located on the Lands; and
4. the dyke area under the Works and extending 1.5 |
metres on each side of the Works Shall be paved in
4 asphalt or concrete, |
