A regular meeting of the MuntcIpal Counci! of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, July 8th, 1985 at 7:30 p.m,

Acting-Mayor M.C. Farnworth, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, GR,
Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.Re Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R, Kirk, City, Engineer

F.E. Peters, P, Eng., Director of Community Planning W. Brown, Parks &
Recreation Director K.J, Taylor and Recording Secretary D. Vyse,

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

Acting-Mayor Alderman Farnworth advised the following proposed
Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651" would now be considered:

Bylaw No. 2103: ee
To rezone Lot "EN, Block 30, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 2294,
New Westminster District, from RS=-1 to RT=1.0 0 | /

This property [Is an existing duplex located at 1560/62 Fraser Avenue
and the proposed rezoning witl place the property tn the correct zone
for Its current use,

Mr. Laurie Neil, 1549 Fraser Avenue [nquired regarding an existing
duplex in the Single family residential zone. -

District, shown as. Lots 1,2,3, and 3, On a plan of proposed subdivision

shown on their Drawing No, C-3660~85A dated May 13th, 1985 with
revisions to May 17th, 1985, from A-1 to RS-1A; and, ,

Lot 113, SE 1/4, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 25576, New Westminster:
District, shown as Lots 4 and 6, on a plan of Proposed subdivision of
the sald Lot 113 prepared by V.C. Goudal & Assoclates, B.C.L.S., and

This property is located at the southeast corner of Prairie Avenue
and Rae Street and i+ is expected that following completion of the-
rezoning procedures the Property will be subdivided to provide sites for
Six single family residences,

Alderman Farnworth read a letter from Mr. & Mrs, Je Oulovski, 750
Prairie Avenue, expressing their concerns, Mr. Oulovsk] was present,

The following people were present at the Zoning Public Hear!ng and
expressed their concerns regarding curbing and drainage:
