@ Public Hearing in the Councit Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hail, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, April 9th, 1984 at 7:30 pem. to consider the
following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651's: -

Bylaw No. 2023: to rezone Lot 13, District Lot 288, Group One, Plan 4667,
‘New Westminster District, from A-1 to M-1,

Bylaw No. 2024: to rezone Block 14, District Lots 231 & 288, Group One, Plan
4667, New Westminster District, from A-1 to M=-1,

The properties described above are located at 1765 Coast Meridian Road and 1725
Coast Meridian Road and are being rezoned in order that industria! uses permitved
in the M-1 zone may be established on the property and it is expected that
buildings, structures, etc. will be erected thereon.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected in the
Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 P»em., on regular business days, from the date
of this Notice until the Public Hearing. ,

Atl persons who .eem their interest in property affected by the proposed bylaw
shall be afterded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing or matters
‘contained jn. the bylaw. . ,
