SUBJECT: Document: Price List - Including Souvenir Items.

RE COMMENDATION:

That consideration be. given: by Council to passage of the following resolution:

"That the Document Price List dated March Ist, 1982 wherein the price of
various civic documents and other civic items are set out be and the
same is hereby approved, effective March 2nd, 1982."

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

A copy of the price list referred Co in the resolution Proposed above is
attached and Council: members will note that the price of bylaws, minutes,
studies and reports, etc. is delineated, Many of these prices are sat

by statute and we will be Prepared to offer guidance at the Council

“. Meeting should any changes be proposed by Council members that are

at. variance with the Municipal Act.
