theta tet aeste pile womtniniee, Mayor and Aldermen March 13th, 1980 MAR 17 1980 R.A. Freeman City Clerk Comprehensive Commercial Development ~ Lougheed Highway at Westwood Street. A Zoning Public Hearing was held on the zoning Amendment By-law respecting the above noted property on Monday, March 3rd, 1980. At that time, as Council members will recall, the representative of the developer formally withdrew his request for a relocation of the office tower and it is now intended to construct the same in the southeast corner as previously proposed. In order that Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1723 may be treworded so that the original site plan is restored might we suggest that Council give consideration to passage of the following resolution: "WHEREAS certain representations were made at the Zoning Public Hearing held on March 3rd, 1980 on the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1723"; AND WHEREAS it is deemed appropriate to give effect to such representations and thus return the office tower to its original location in the southeast corner of the site; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That Section 2 of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1979, No. 1723" be repealed and the following substituted therefor: "2. The comprehersive development plan entitled "PoCo Place" prepared by John J. McSormack, Architect, and comprising a site plan and other details and dated March 10th, 1980, and on file in the Office of the City Planner, is deemed to be attached to and to form part of this By-law." AND THAT the said By-law No. 1723 as amended, be read a third time." R.A. Freeman City Clerk.
