| i i 4 | July llth, 1977 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on July llth, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, and M.A. Thompson in attendance. Also in attendance were City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Assistant Planning Officer Reg Zotzman, Works & Utilities Superintendent G. Ulmer, and Mrs, B.M. Aalten. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Aiderman Thompson: Minutes - June 27/77 Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on June 27th, 1977, be taken as read and adopted. Carried. BY-LAWS: The City Clerk advised that following its submission at a Public Hearing held on June 27th, 1977, By-law No. 1546, proposed to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918", was now available for further consideration. Moved by Alderman Thompson: Zon. Amend. B/ law #1546-3rd_ Seconded by Alderman Laking: reading That By~law No. 1546 he read a third time. Carried. By-law No. 1547, proposed to amend the City's Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drain Connection By~law, received initial consideration at the June 27th, 1977 Council meeting and, as advised by the City Clerk, was now available for final processing.
