From the verbal assurance of building on a zoned M-I lot a warehouse and obtaining a permit (lot 22) 1t has cost me to éatee land conveying, legal a 2 ? 3 serveyor § buldozer $ prints, architech and engineer $ interest $ ? my time i.also noted there is another warehouse west of Bedford under construction in this I5 acres ,. i build warehouses for a living. This area should be indust- rial because of the rail siding and access to the major highway. Apartment devopmént on the other hand in this area could be unwise. Markets flooded with apartments, poor location looking out on Huntington and the holdouts that could drive the land prices to where it's not feasible to assemble the land, and the serious look at flooding ina high occupancy area.
