THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM C QO UJ N ‘ REPORT C APR -5 1976 TOs Mayor and Council . April 2nd, 1976 FROM: Public Works Committee Report from the Public Works Committee Meeting held March 19th, 1976 at 4:00 p.m. IN ATTENDANCE: Alderman E.W. Mabbett Alderman M.A. Thompson V.G. Borch Respectfully submitted. a ITEM I / A Re: Local Improvement By-law : . As a result of the March 15th, 1976 Council Meeting, the Public Works Committee has considered several aspects of this By-law and reports and recommends as follows: 1.
