RECOMMENDATION:

In order to create the development site, canceilation
of lanes is necessary. -

The proposed development was considered by the Planning
and Zoning Committee at the August 28, 1975 meeting and
the Committee recommends that lane cancellation be approved
and that approval in principle be given to the proposed
development.
