The subject duplex is located at 850/854 Patricia
Avenue. The duplex was constructed in 1969 and
is conforming in every respect. Both sides are
presently rented. . co

It was advised by the owner of the duplex that '
the tenants in both sides of the duplex wish to
purchase if strata subdivision is approved. This
information has been confirmed by the tenants.

RECOMMENDATION:

This application was dealt with by the Planning

& Zoning Committee on November 22nd, 1977 and the
Committee recommends approval subject to the pay-
ment, of $800.00 and $300.00 per dwelling unit for
Park Development and Future Water Improvement:
respectively, or the balance if a portion of the
above charges has already been paid.
