Gentlemen,

We are pleased to quote to you for the supply and installation
‘of proposed roadworke on south side of Wilson Avenue parallel to
Bury Development Ltd.'s Project. Our lump sum price is for the
supply of all labor, equipment and materials required for the
complete installation of proposed works.

LUMP SUM PRICE: $_74.825,00

All work to be performed as per discussion with Ron Parsons:
a) Remove existing blacktop from south of proposed works to
south edge of existing blacktop on Wilson Avenue, parallel to
Bury Development project.

b) Regrade and compact existing granular road mulch.

¢) Asphalt base a6 required - 75mm thickness.

No allowance for removing granular base gravels or subbase
materiale if necessary.
