The parking spaces provided equal 29 spaces, 3 less than required. At
present, however, no noticeable parking problems are detected from this rental
building. The watchman's suite is required for security reasons and is’
unlikely to seriously affect the current parking situation.

The Planning Department therefore recommends that. this application be
approved, subject to the conditions noted above.
