BYLAW NO. 2464

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, i~
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columola
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 1

Section 7

Township 40

Plan 74406

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2464".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of November, 1989.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of November, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 4th day of December, 1989.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the subdivision and development of the property into single family
residential lots.
