municipa: purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

2/97, New Westminster District, (being 1437 Lincoin Avenue)
be so:id by tender if a bid acceptabite to Council! is
received

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to
publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender"

notice appearing in the Agenda documents of This Counci!
meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby
approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject
a:i of the bids if Councit in its absolute discretion

determines That rejection is appropriate."
