Traboulay introduced Mr. Brian Armstrong who had made enquiries into having a Video Store at 1508 Columbia Street but was informed that the property was not zoned for this use. Mr. Armstrong also spoke of his concern that someone else would be rezoning the property. Mayor Traboulay replied that the owner of the property is the only one who can apply for rezoning and at present rezoning has not been applied for, BYLAWS: BL/04/87/035/30/08 Moved by Alderman Wright: seconded by Alderman Laking: That the third reading of Bylaw No. 2212 as given on November 17th, 1987 be rescinded: That the said Bylaw be amended by striking out the expression "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" wherever it appears and substituting the expression "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"; That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression "RM-1 (Multiple Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting The expression "RM-1 (Low Density Apartment)"; That the said Bylaw be further amended by striking out the expression "RM-3 ( Multiple Family Residential)" wherever it appears and substituting the expression "RM-3 (Town House Apartment)"; AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2212, as amended, be read a third time. } 4 1 i i ' 5 $ an i é ; i q 4 ot t i i { i 4 4 } 7 i ? 4 4 Carried.
