RECOMMENDATION: That City Counci |! adopt a resolution
issuing a development variance permit for
relaxation of Section 26 (6) of the. Zoning
Bylaw and Sectidn 301 ¢a) of the
Subdivision Bylaw to permit location ‘of
telephone equipment buitding in the
northwest corner of Parcel A, DL 232, NWLD

COMMENTS: .

This application is to permit subdivision of an RS-2 zoned.

parcel of tand to permit construction of an unmanned telephone
equipment: building serving the south Pitt River Road
neighbourhood and Genstar Citadel Heights neighbourhood.

The reason for this variance permit application is to expedite
the construction of the utility building. What is being done
is: to exempt if from érezoning and having. to have full utility
services extended from Harbour Road.
