This application is to permit subdivision of an RS-2 zoned. parcel of tand to permit construction of an unmanned telephone equipment: building serving the south Pitt River Road neighbourhood and Genstar Citadel Heights neighbourhood. The reason for this variance permit application is to expedite the construction of the utility building.
