Nations of B.C. (Fraser Valley West - Local 103), for their proposal
of a B.C. Indian Days Festival - Eye of Understanding, August 9 - 18/86.

I have had the opportunity to review the application and there is
no doubt that the Festival will provide the general community with an
exciting, colorful and educational experience. We commend the District
of Coquitlam for its generous support of this event.
