The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold
a Public Hearing in the Counci| Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, May 28th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the
following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651";

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

Bylaw No. 2039: to rezone Parcel 121", District Lot 289, Group One, Reference
Plan 62184, New Westminster District, from RM-2 to RM-4.

This property ts located at 2378/82 Wilson Avenue and it is expected that a four
storey, sixteen suite apartment building will be constructed on the property
tol lowing completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected in the
Oftice of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date
of this Notice until! the Public Hearing.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed bylaw
shall! be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters
contained in the bylaw.
