Re: International Northwest Parks
and Recreation Association

Bram Hoogendoorn, the Parks Superintendent, has
requested that he be allowed to attend the International
Northwest Parks and Recreation Association Conference which
is being held in Spokane, Washington fron September 10th to
L3th, 1980.

In past years Bram has attended the Western Turfgrass
Association Conference but was not able to attend this year
because of a death in the family. Bram has not attended any
conference or seminar this year and therefore I.would recommend
that he be allowed to attend this one which fits in directly
with the type of work he is doing. Costs would be $65.00 plus
the usual per diem and travel expenses,
