There is approximately 2.2 acres of City land involved in the
transaction and the committee recommends the sale of this land for $115,000.00.
This is at the rate ef approximately $1.20 a square foot which is slightly
lower than the rate on our previous residential land sale due to the servicing
costs particularly the soil conditions.
