WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is desirdus of cancelling portions of road and lane shown dedicated in District Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminster District in the Ciry of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of British Columbia; AND WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the land deseriber. in Section 2 of this by-law has agreed to convey the said land te the City in exchange for the lands comprising the portions of road an? lene shown dedicated in District Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminst.r Pf .urict to be cancelled; AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, provides thae' the Council may by By-law dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening, relocating or diverting the highway; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as Follows: 1. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to the Registered Owner of the land deseribed in Section 2 of this By-law, ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more particularly described as follows: (a) All those portions of Donald Street in District Lot 289, Group 1, New Westminster District shown dedicated on Plan 1763 having areas of 0.1135 ha and 0.6405 shown on a Reference Plan certified by Robert M.
