2. The real property described in Section 1 hereof shall be managed and
maintained by the Council for the use, recreation and enjoyment of the public
and the Council has and may exereise therein all the powers and authorities
conferred on the Coume:l with respect to public parks or pleasure grounds

by the Municipal Act or other ‘Act of the Legislature or as is normally vested

in trustees of public parks or pleasure grounds and, without limiting the

generality of the foregoing, the said real property may be used for the

purposes set forth in clause (a) of subsection 1 of Section 621 of the

Municipal Act. .

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Park Reservation

By~law, 1976, No. 2493",
