This subdivision does not comply with Section 712 (1) of the
Municipal Act or the City's Subdivision of Land By-Law. The subdivision
does comply with the Council Resolution of June 7th, 1972 dealing with
minimum parcel widths. Accordingly, I would request that you place this
subdivision application for Council consideration with the request that ;
the necessary exemption be provided as outlined in Section 712 (2) of the :
Municipal Act. :
