NHEREAS by By-law No. 1278 of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam cited as the "Nature Area Road Closure By-law, 1973, No. 1278"
certain portions of Road and Lane dedicatad by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324,
2797, and 2403 therein deseribed located in the City of Port Coquitlam tn

the Province of British Columbia were Stopped up ond closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the “avor and City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Colurbta praying on
behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portions of Road and Lane
dedicated by Plans 1239, 2674, 2291, 2324, 2797, and 2403 deseribed in By-law
No. 1278 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. ; Carried."
