Re: Final Reading - Rezoning Amendment By-law No. 1472 and 1473

The Planning Officer, Mr. Lanson Lee, informs me that the Developer
has met all requirements with respect to the above noted By-laws and
the same may now be considered by Council for final reading.

The two By-laws cover the following projects:

By-law No. 1472 ~ a five unit apartment at 3453 Coast Meridian Road.
The rezoning required is from RS-1 (One Family
Residential) to RS-3 (Intermediate Density Apartment
Residential). :

By-law No. 1473 - a four unit rowhousing complex at 2031 Fraser Avenue.
oe The rezoning required is from RM-1 (Low Density
Apartment Residential) to RM-~3 (Intermediate
Apartment Residential).
