Kevin Bernard Haugan pleaded guilty to mischief causing less than $1,000 damage. He was fined $200 and is on probation for three months. Corey Richard Bretfeld was convicted of mischief causing less than $1,000 damage and was given a six month condi- tional discharge, with an order to perform 40 hours com- munity work service, February 6 Dale Lee Robert pleaded guilty to two counts of breach of probation and was sentenced to five days in jail, nine months on probation and must pay $926 restitution. February 7 Michael Paul Nole pleaded guilty to driving with a bload- alcohol level over the legal limit of 0.08, He was fined $500 and is prohibited from driving for one year. February & James Donald Bonner pleaded guilty to impaired driving, driviag with a blood- alcohol level over the legal limit of 0.08, failitig to appear in court, and driving while un- der suspension. Bonner was sentenced to three months in jail, a $300 fine, and is prohibited from driving for two years, February 10 Roy George Lincoln pleaded guilly te narcotic pos- session and was fined $100. Thomas Alexander Stark pleaded guilty to driving while under suspension, He was fined $300 and was jailed for seven days. Robert Brown pleaded guilty to assaultand was fined $350. ; February 14 Russell Murray Cockell pleaded guilty to two counts of breach of probation.
