Where an application under Section 28 has not been completed within 12
months from the date that Council endorsed the strata-title application, the
Municipal Clerk shall not sign the required strata plans unless Council extends
the time for completion for a period of up to one year and an additional
non-refundable fee of $75.00 per strata lot to be created, up to a maximum fee
of $1,500.00, is paid.

(b) More than one extension may be given under this section".
10. That Sections 27 and 28 of the Bylaw be renumbered as Sections 30 and 31.
