SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO BYLAW 2578
(Protective Services Committee Meeting,
of December 18, 1991)

RECOMMENDATION:

That Bylaw 2578, Part IV, 4.2.1, Fireworks and Firecrackers, dates
for sale be changed to read:

Cetober 25 and October 31 inclusive, in each year.

BACKGROUND AND COMM

The Bylaw now reads:

Shail not apply during the period between October 26 and
November 1, inclusive, in each year. This allows the selling
of fireworks /ana firecrackers after October 31, Halleween, on
November 1, ne day after.
