instructed to execute the attached Client/Architect agreement between The
: Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and Toby Russell Backwell and '
Partners Architects, for the renovations and and additions to City Hall.

Mary Hill Bypass - Public Works Committee of May 5th, 1987.

That the City apply to the Ministry of Transportation and Highways
for installation of traffic signals on the Mary Hil! Bypass at Coast .
Meridian Road and the the $15,000.00 estimated to be the City's share of x :
the cost be included in the 1988 capital budget. ?

That the City install an asphalt ramp to the sidewalk at the entrance : .
to the Elks building and that one parking stali be eliminated in order to -
provide handicapped access, and that the estimated cost of $100.60 be i -
taken from the unallocated funds in the Public Works capital account.

That 30 km per hour playground zones be installed along the frontage
of the park in Citadel Heights on Citadel Drive and a portion of Castle
