A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meering assembled, enacts as follows:

Those Certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Cotumbia which
is more particularly described as:

Lot 201
District Lot 479

Group One
Pian 33220
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=1 (Single Family Residential) to RM<4 (Multiple Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2232",
