be paid over to the Permittee, or should the Permittee carry out the
development permitted by this Permit within the time set out in paragraph
B hereto, the security and interest thereon accrued by the City shall be
returned to the Permittee upon:
(1) issuance by the Senior Building Inspector of the City
(hereinafter called "The Building Inspector") of an occupancy
certificate or certificates, where applicable, and;
verification by the Director of Planning of the City
(hereinafter called the "Director of Planning"), of his designate,
that the development set out in paragraph B hereto, and particularly
the landscaping works therein, have been completed in accordance
with the terms and conditions of this Permit.
E. It is a particular condition of this Permit that:
(1) The streets and lanes contiguous to the Lands shall be serviced by the
