BY-LAW NO. 1292

A By-law to amend "City of Port Coquitlam Prohibition of Untidy or
Unsirhtly Property By-law, 1971, No. 1103",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1, The "City of Port Coquitlam Prohibition of Untidy or Unsishtly
Property By-law, 1971, No. 1103" 4s amended by inserting, after Section 1,
the following as Section 1A:

"1A. No owner or occupier of real Property shall store, keep, laave,
or maintain on such real property, except within a building or
structure lawfully erected and used thereon, any of the
following which tend to make the said real property untidy or
unsightly:-

(1) Any motor-vehicle or trailer, as defined in the "Motor
Vehicle Act" being Chapter 253 R.S.B.C., 1969 as amended,
which is not licensed for the current year;

(41) Any part of any motor-vehicle or trailer;

(111) Firewood, unless neatly piled er stacked against a wall or
fence;

(iv) Lumber, bricks, metal, but not including building materials
being used for construction purposes on the said real
property pursuant to a valid building permit;

(v) Engines, machinery;

(vi) Discarded materials or rubbish of any kind."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Prohibition of Untidy or Unsightly Property By-law, 1971, Ne. 1103,
