The City of Terrace is seeking a highly motivated in-
dividual. to fill the temporary position of Confidential
Secretary for a six-month period. The position provides

’ clerical support to the Mayor and Council, and the Ad-

ministration and Personnel Departments. The suc-
cessful candidate will have an accurate typing speed
of 70-80 wmp, experience with recording and transcrib-
ing minutes, arranging appointments and special
events, the ability to maintain a heavy workload with a

* minimum of supervision, and a proven ability to main- -

tain confidentiality.

This is an exempt position, with a probationary rate of
$16.00/hour. Hours of work are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
{summer hours), and some evening work will be re-
