In conclusion we would be happy with Councils decision to award the contract to any of the above mentioned
bidders. If asked for our personal preference as to which Contractor is easiest to work with we would
recommend JJM Construction, however, in keeping with the standards established within the construction
industry our professional recommendation remains to award the contract to the lowest qualified bidder,
Swagger Construction Ltd. ;
