The Committee RECOMMENDS THAT Vancouver City council adopt the following resolution: WHEREAS the Minister of National Defence, Mr. Bill McKnight, on June 14, 1989 approved the establishment of the military air Corridor, IR 910, in British Columbia; AND WHEREAS IR 910 will be used to conduct large scale military exercises for the primary purpose of training American bomber pilots in low-level flying; AND WHEREAS the Minister did not comply with the spirit, intent and letter as contained in Environmental Guidelines i inform and consult the pub Ministerial approval of the air corridor;
