CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Aldernan Talbot: Seconded by Alderman Kerviuk: That the minutes of the regular Council meeting held on November 26th, 1990, the Special Council meeting of November 28, 1990 and the Statutory meeting of Lecember Sra, 1990 te taken as read and adopted. Carried. PROCLAMATION: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay read the following proclamation. WITEREAS: It is deemed desirable to designate Heritage Week as a time set aside for citizens to give recognition and pay Special tribute to the cultural heritage of Canada in which they can take pride; AND WHEREAS: It is believed that all residents of British Columbia would wish to celebrate our heritage by observing such a week in a manner which would enhance our appreciation of our cultural heritage by dedicating ourselves to the preservation of those sites, landscapes, buildings and artifacts that provide so much for the enjoyment of present and future generations; NOW THEREFORE I, Leonard *. Traboulay, Mayor of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM the week of February 18 to 24, 1991 "HERITAGE WEEK" in the City of Port Coquitlan.
