RECOMMENDATION:

THAT City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse a plan of
strata title subdivision for Lot A, Block 1, N.E. Quarter of Section 6,
Twp 40, NWLD Plan 32577.

COMMENTS :

This application is to strata title an existing duplex building. The new
owner has complied with the City's requirement of offering the present tenant
an opportunity to remain in their suite for six months.

As there are no policy conflicts with this application with City regulations,
approval is recommended.
