Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2293 considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held eariier This evening, is availabie for third reading. Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Counci | may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing can be fully considered. In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure by which Counci! gives consideration to requests for rezoning it is not possible for further representations fram the applicant or the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
