SUBJECT: Roof Encroachment Into Right-of-Way at 960 Victoria
Drive = Public Works Committee July 14, 1937

Recommendation:

That a restrictive covenant authorizing a roof overhang
into a City sewer right-of-way at 960 Victoria Drive be
authorized and that the Mayor and Cierk be authorized to sign
the encroachment agreement.

Backqround and Comments:

A new home located at 960 Vietoriu Drive has been
constructed fn such a way that a portion of the roof will
overhang Into a City sewer right-of-way. The overhang wil! be
approximately 0.5 meters and at a height of above ground of
approximately six meters. The location of the encroachment Is
shown on the attached sketch.

Council! recently approved several similar encroachment
agreements for new buildings. The Committee therefore
recommends that this encroachment request submitted by Mrs.
Audrey Zdril, the property owner, also be approved. Her letter
requesting this encroachment is also attached.
