A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion
ot Road shown dedicated on Pian 2294 In District
Lot 466, Group One, New Wastminster District,

In the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Stetutes of British Columbla, 1979, the
Municipal Councl! may by bylaw stop up and close To traffic a highway or any

portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Counecl! of The Corporation af the City of Port
Coquitlam deems It deslrable and expedient that certaln portions of highway

nereinatter deseribed be stopped up and closed to tratfic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counc!! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in opem meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
