COMMENTS:

This property igs presently occupied by an old small Single
Family dwelling and has a heav

2. In surveying the neighbourhood surrounding the subject property
it was found to be a mix of older, and in some instances
deteriorated homes, and newer houses which have been rebuilt. in the

3. Oxford Street in this vicinity is presently a@ narrow, quiet
residential street. In the future, however, Oxford Street may
serve as a collector street south from Victoria Avenue connecting |
to Lougheed Highway. It should be noted that Oxford is one of the
three streets, (Shaughnessy, Coast Meridian and Oxford) connecting
Lougheed Highway north to Victoria Avenue. In view of that future
possibility, land use along Oxford Street is expected ta change
after heavier traffic volumes are encountered.
