THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM ‘NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BYLAW The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port will hold a Public Hearing in the Council’ Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on Monday, May 17th, 1982 at 7:30 P.m. to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". Bylaw No. 1900: to rezone Lot 21, District Lot 231, Group One, Plan 4667, Except Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 23385), New Westminster ‘District, from A-l to M-2. The property described above is located at 1650 Broadway Street and is being rezoned in order that industrial uses permitted in the M-~2 zone may be established on the property and it is expected that buildings, structures, etc. will be erected thereon. A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on working days, May 4th, 1982 to May 17th, 1982.
