The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, November 30th, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.
to consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the Neity of Port Coquitlam

Zoning Bylaw, (1979, No. 1651".

Bylaw No. 1872: - to rezone Lot 352, District Lot 232, Group One,

Plan 32286, New Westminster District, from RS-2 to P~2.

This property is located at 1190 Pitt River Road and it is expected

that a church will be constructed on the property following completion

of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents may be inspected
in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address
given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m.
to 4:30 p. M.-, on working days, November 17th, 1981 to November 30th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
