to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port

“Coquitlam Zoning By- aw, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1794: to rezone Lot 23, Block 4, District Lot 480,
‘Group one, Plan 20671, New Westminster District, from RS~1

to RI-1. 7 |

This property is addressed as 1622/24 Robertson Avenue and is
the site of an existing duplex. The rezoning. is being undertatien

at the request of the owner so that the property may be placed

in the correct zone for its current, use. - |
