PWC, Nov. 24/78 From the Public Works Committee, November 24th, 1978 recommending re Spring & Fail Clean-up. that the City of Port Coquitlam do away with Spring and Fall Clean-up Weeks and that the pick-up of clean-up materials throughout the year be authorized and suggesting methods of implementation. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, November 24th, 1978 the City of Pert Coquitlam do away with Spring and Fall Clean-up weeks; That the City Crews be authorized to pick up clean-up materials throughout the year; AND THAT the necessary By-law revision be prepared for consideration by Council. Carried. Alderman Laking voted against the resolution. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution discussion ensued. From the Land Sales Committee, November 24th, 1978 recommending Land Sales Comm., Nov. 24,/' Red wean that the northerly 20 Jeet of Imperial Avenue be cancelled for inclusion RH16/78 into the developwent site at 1730 and 1740 Westminster Avenue, rezoning application, R#16/78, and that it be sold to the developer at $1.50 per square foot. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That as recommended by the Land Sales Committee, November 24th, 1978 the northerly 20 feet of Imperial Avenue be cancelled as required for rezoning application, R#16/78, covering property located at 1730 and 1740 Westminster Avenue, Lot 33 and Rem. of 34, Blk. Q, D.L. 466, Plan 17811; AND THAT the portion of road be transferred to the Developer at $1.50 per square foot.
